Michael helped us through a very difficult experience with a rental home in the Tampa area. A previous tenant failed to inform us regarding a number of issues in our rental home, including pet, fire and water damage. The overall damage to the property was substantial requiring us to install a new kitchen, appliances, floors, and air conditioning.
Without even signing a listing agreement, Michael assisted us with all aspects of the repair, including contractor and materials selection and negotiation of costs (at no charge).
